The challenge
OCS (Overseas Courier Service) processes large volumes of international shipments daily. Managing goods flows, transport planning, and inventory ran on legacy systems that did not communicate with each other. Staff had to enter the same information into multiple systems, leading to errors and shipment delays. Integration with their existing Orbitrax TMS (Transport Management System) was essential for a workable solution.
Our solution
We developed a central goods portal that serves as a single source of truth for all shipment information. The portal integrates directly with Orbitrax for real-time transport planning and route optimisation. Staff see the status of all shipments in one dashboard, can monitor stock levels, and receive automatic notifications for deviations. The system was built with scalability in mind, so it grows alongside increasing volumes.
