Our home office is in Haarlem, but we work on projects across the Netherlands. That does not mean we drive across the country every week; it means we have set up our collaboration model for distribution. Sprint reviews over video with screen-share sessions, asynchronous updates in a shared workspace, and a fixed weekly contact moment for strategic decisions. For clients in the Randstad we visit quarterly for a working session; for further-out regions we schedule quarterly meetings at a central location or at your office when that strengthens the collaboration.
The location pages in this hub are more than a generic description of "custom software development in <city>". For each city we name which industries are concentrated there, which technological challenges we regularly encounter, and which kinds of companies benefit most from our approach. A logistics firm in Tilburg has different priorities than a fintech startup in Amsterdam, and those differences are reflected in the content per location.
Even though we bridge distance well, physical contact in the first phase remains important. We always recommend at least one visit to our studio in Haarlem or at your office during the first two weeks of the engagement.
