About this project
Hosting, ongoing maintenance, and technical support for The John Adams Institute’s English-language website, Amsterdam’s stage for American culture. Including integration with OVAS for member data, memberships, and the event/ticketing flow around the programme.
The challenge
A cultural foundation with a busy programme (lectures, livestreams, podcast, members) needs a site that runs reliably 24/7, can be updated quickly for new events, and works smoothly with back-office systems. Ticketing and membership logic must land in the right system (OVAS), while editors and visitors keep a clear WordPress experience.
The approach
MG Software provides hosting and proactive maintenance: updates, performance, availability, and support when the programme changes. The website is connected to OVAS so events, availability (e.g. sold out), and membership flows stay in sync with the organisation’s CRM and sales back office. The public site remains the showcase while administration and sales stay in one source of truth.
