Webshop in Prestashop with integrations for Exact Online, MyParcel and various e-commerce platforms.
The challenge
Bloemenwinkel.nl is a nationwide online flower shop delivering fresh bouquets and arrangements across the Netherlands. The existing webshop ran on PrestaShop but was not connected to the accounting package (Exact Online) or the shipping software (MyParcel). Orders were manually retyped, invoices created separately, and shipping labels printed one by one. With growing order volumes, especially around peak moments like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, this process was no longer sustainable.
The approach
We fully optimised the PrestaShop webshop and added custom integrations. The Exact Online connection automates the entire accounting workflow: orders, invoices, and credit notes are synchronised automatically. The MyParcel integration automatically generates shipping labels with track-and-trace as soon as an order is processed. We also built connections to various e-commerce platforms for marketplace sales. The webshop was optimised for conversion with improved product pages, faster load times, and a streamlined checkout process.
