The challenge
The healthcare and wellness sector is heavily fragmented. People looking for a specialist, from physiotherapist to personal trainer, must search dozens of websites, compare reviews, and reach out manually. Specialists, in turn, lack a central platform to showcase their expertise and attract new clients. Fitr wanted to build a digital marketplace that brings both parties together with minimal friction.
Our solution
We developed a full-stack platform with two separate dashboards: one for users searching for specialists and one for specialists managing their profile and services. The lead system automatically matches based on location, specialisation, and availability. Specialists can enrich their profile with certifications, photos, rates, and availability. The platform includes a responsive web app and a native mobile app so users can search and book on the go.
